Information as to Shared Collateral Secured Parties and Administrative Agents. The Administrative Agents and the Grantors shall deliver, at the request of the Shared Collateral Agent, any information necessary to make the distributions contemplated by subsection 3.4 or any other information as the Shared Collateral Agent reasonably requires in order to perform its duties under this Intercreditor Agreement.
