Common use of Information Authorization for Non-Pinnacle Bank Accounts Clause in Contracts

Information Authorization for Non-Pinnacle Bank Accounts. We may verify the Accounts that you add to the Transfer Service. You authorize us to validate the Accounts in a manner selected by us, including through the use of a test transfer, in which one or more low value payments credited to and debited from your non-Pinnacle Bank Account. Once the test transfer is complete we may ask you to access this Account to tell us the amount of the test credit or debit or any additional information reported by your Financial Institution with this test transfer. We may also verify Accounts by requiring you to submit proof of ownership of the Account(s).
