Information by Holders of Registrable Shares. Each holder of Registrable Shares shall furnish to the Corporation such written information regarding such Person and the distribution proposed by such Person as the Corporation may reasonably request and as shall be reasonably required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement.
