Common use of Information by Holders Clause in Contracts

Information by Holders. If Registrable Securities owned by a Holder are included in any registration, such Holder shall furnish to the Company such information regarding itself and the distribution proposed by such Holder as the Company may reasonably request and as shall otherwise be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement. The Company agrees to include in any such Registration Statement all information which Holders of the Registrable Securities being registered shall reasonably request.

Information by Holders. If The Holders of Registrable Securities owned by a Holder are included in any registration, such Holder registration shall furnish to the Company such information regarding itself such Holders, the Registrable Securities held by them and the distribution proposed by such Holder Holders as the Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall otherwise be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement. If As a condition to the inclusion of any Registrable Securities owned by in a registration pursuant to this Undertaking, the Holder are included in any registration, of such Holder Registrable Securities shall timely furnish to the Company such information regarding itself such Holder and the distribution proposed by such Holder as the Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall otherwise be reasonably required in connection with for any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement. The Company agrees to include in any such Registration Statement all information which Holders of the Registrable Securities being registered shall reasonably requestlegal compliance.

If As a condition to the obligations of the Company to complete any registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities owned by a Holder are included in any registrationof each Holder, such Holder shall will furnish to the Company such information regarding itself itself, the Registrable Securities held by it and the distribution proposed by such Holder as the Company may reasonably request and as shall otherwise be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement.
