Common use of Information by Holders Clause in Contracts

Information by Holders. Each Holder included in any registration pursuant to this Agreement shall furnish to the Company such information regarding such Holder and the distribution proposed by such Holder (if different than Annex A) as the Company may reasonably request in writing and that is required under applicable law in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement.
