The Seller or Sellers wishing to sell any Registrable Shares in any registration shall furnish to Conexant such information regarding such Seller or Sellers and the distribution proposed by such Seller or Sellers as Conexant may request in writing and as shall be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement.
