Common use of Information by Subscriber Clause in Contracts

Information by Subscriber. The Subscriber covenants and agrees that such Subscriber, if included in any registration, shall furnish to the Company such information as the Company may reasonably request in writing regarding such Subscriber and the distribution proposed by such Subscriber including any selling shareholder questionnaire if requested by the Company.
