Common use of Information by Xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Information by Xxxxxx. The Holder or Holders of Registrable Securities included in any registration shall furnish to the Company such information regarding such Holder or Holders and the distribution proposed by such Holder or Holders as the Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this clause 2.

Information by Xxxxxx. The A Holder or Holders of with Registrable Securities included in any registration shall furnish to the Company (and any managing underwriter(s), where applicable) such information regarding itself, the Registrable Securities held by it, the intended method of disposition of such Holder or Holders Registrable Securities, and the distribution proposed by such Holder or Holders as the Company may reasonably request in writing and other information as shall be required in order to comply with any applicable law or regulation in connection with the registration of such Holder’s Registrable Securities or any registration, qualification or compliance with respect to such Holder’s Registrable Securities and referred to in this clause 2.Agreement. ​ ​

Information by Xxxxxx. The Each Holder or Holders of Registrable Securities Securities, and each Other Shareholder holding securities included in any registration registration, shall furnish to the Company such information regarding such Holder or Holders and the distribution proposed by such Holder or Holders Other Shareholder as the Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall be reasonably required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this clause 2Section 8.

The Holder or Holders of Registrable Securities included in any registration shall furnish to the Company such information regarding such Holder or Holders Holders, the Registrable Securities held by them and the distribution proposed by such Holder or Holders as the Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this clause Section 2.

Information by Xxxxxx. The A Holder or Holders of with Registrable Securities included in any registration shall furnish to the Company such information regarding such Holder or Holders itself, the Registrable Securities held by it, and the distribution proposed by intended method of disposition of such Holder or Holders as the Company may reasonably request in writing and securities as shall be required in order to comply with any applicable law or regulation in connection with the registration of such Holder’s Registrable Securities or any registration, qualification or compliance with respect to such Holder’s Registrable Securities and referred to in this clause 2Agreement. A form of Selling Stockholder Questionnaire is attached as Exhibit A hereto for such purposes.

Information by Xxxxxx. The Each Holder or Holders of Registrable Securities Registerable Securities, and each other Shareholder holding securities included in any registration registration, shall furnish to the Company such information regarding such Holder or Holders and the distribution proposed by such Holder or Holders Other Shareholder as the Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall be reasonably required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this clause 2Article 9.

The Any Holder or Holders of Registrable Securities included in any registration Registration Statement shall promptly furnish to the Company such information regarding such Holder or Holders and the distribution proposed by such Holder or Holders as the Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this clause 2herein.
