Information Collection Information collection activities performed under this award are the responsibility of the awardee, and NSF support of the project does not constitute NSF approval of the survey design, questionnaire content or information collection procedures. The awardee shall not represent to respondents that such information is being collected for or in association with the National Science Foundation or any other Government agency without the specific written approval of such information collection plan or device by the Foundation. Restricted Gifts During the period between the date of this Disaffiliation Agreement and Closing, the Parties shall work together to identify any restrictions or change of control provisions in gifts, grants, endowments, restricted accounts and similar funds available or pledged to the Local Church. Unrelated Business Income Tax If the Depositor directs investment of the Custodial Account in any investment which results in unrelated business taxable income, it shall be the responsibility of the Depositor to so advise the Custodian and to provide the Custodian with all information necessary to prepare and file any required returns or reports for the Custodial Account.
