Information Collection & Access Sample Clauses

Information Collection & Access. Consultant collects Participant Information from End Users. Consultant represents and warrants that such collection does not violate the legal rights to privacy of the individuals whose information is collected, and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City for claims or liabilities relating to violation of privacy rights in connection with collection of Participant Information, which agreement shall survive termination of this Agreement.
