Information Concerning Activities. The Investment Advisor shall send or arrange that there be sent to the Fund confirmations of all transactions for its account. The Investment Advisor shall also furnish from time to time such further information and reports concerning the activities undertaken by the Investment Advisor on behalf of the Fund as the Fund may reasonably request.
