The Purchaser has heretofore discussed the Corporation and its plans, operations and financial condition with the Corporation's officers and has heretofore received all such information as the Purchaser has deemed necessary and appropriate to enable the Purchaser to evaluate the financial risk inherent in making an investment in the Stock, and the Purchaser has received satisfactory and complete information concerning the business and financial condition of the Corporation in response to all inquiries in respect thereof.
