Upon making a request for registration pursuant to Sections 6.1 or 6.2, the Purchaser shall furnish to the Company such information regarding its holdings and the proposed manner of distribution thereof as the Company may reasonably request and as shall be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Article VI. The Company agrees that it will furnish to the Purchaser the number of prospectuses, offering circulars or other documents, or any amendments or supplements thereto, incident to any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Article VI as the Purchaser from time to time may reasonably request.
