Information, Documents, Etc. Upon making a request for registration pursuant to Section 1.1, the Holder shall furnish to Raceway such information as Raceway may reasonably request and shall be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to herein. Raceway agrees that it will furnish to each such Holder the number of prospectuses, offering circulars or other documents, or any amendments or supplements thereto, incident to any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Exhibit "A" the Holder from time to time may reasonably request.
