Information events Clause Samples
The 'Information events' clause defines the circumstances under which parties are required to notify each other about specific developments or changes in relevant information. Typically, this clause outlines what types of events or information must be disclosed, such as changes in financial status, regulatory actions, or breaches of agreement, and sets deadlines or procedures for providing such notifications. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and timely communication between parties, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or undisclosed issues that could impact the agreement.
Information events. The organisers of information events such as conferences, seminars, fairs and exhibitions in connection with the implementation of projects part-financed by ISPA shall make explicit the participation of the European Community. The opportunity should be taken of displaying the European Community flag in meeting rooms and the European Community emblem on documents. The Commission delegations in the beneficiary countries shall assist, if necessary, in the preparation and implementation of such events.
