Information for Equity Accounting Periods. The Company shall provide to Xxxxxx on a timely basis all information Xxxxxx reasonably requires to meet its schedule for the preparation, printing, filing and public dissemination of the Xxxxxx Annual Statements in accordance with this Agreement and as required by applicable Law, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company shall provide all required financial information with respect to the Company and its Subsidiaries to the Company Auditors in a sufficient and reasonable time and in sufficient detail to permit the Company Auditors to take all steps and perform all reviews necessary to provide sufficient assistance to Xxxxxx Auditors with respect to information to be included or contained in the Xxxxxx Annual Statements.
