Common use of Information for Foreign Exchange Commission Clause in Contracts

Information for Foreign Exchange Commission. Contractor shall be subject to the Foreign Exchange Act of 1947 as amended from time to time and, in accordance with the provisions thereof, shall submit to the Foreign Exchange Commission at the commission’s request, all information the commission deems necessary. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in case of any conflict between the provisions of the Petroleum Law of 1990 and the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Act of 1947, the provisions of the Petroleum Law of 1990 shall prevail.
