Lincoln Life will provide appropriate financial and other information with respect to the Accounts to Delaware, and will cooperate with Delaware, in connection with the preparation of data for 1996 annual reports to Contractowner and other elements of the Accounting Services that relate to periods prior to the Cutover Dates for the respective Accounts. In addition, Lincoln Life will provide to Delaware appropriate financial and other information regarding the Accounts for periods prior to 1996 to the extent relevant to the performance of the Accounting Services for 1996 and subsequent periods.
