Common use of Information for the Bank Clause in Contracts

Information for the Bank. Make available during normal business hours for inspection by the Bank or its designated representatives any of its books and records when reasonably requested by the Bank to do so, and furnish the Bank any information reasonably requested regarding its operations, business affairs and financial condition within a reasonable time after the Bank gives notice of its request therefor. In particular, and without limiting the foregoing, the Borrower shall permit, during normal business hours, representatives of the Bank's Audit Department to make such periodic inspections of the Borrower's books, records and assets as such representatives deem necessary and proper.
