Information for the Purchaser’s Statements and Applications. The Sellers and the Company and their employees, accountants and attorneys shall cooperate fully with the Purchaser in the preparation of any statements or applications made by the Purchaser or the Company to any federal or state governmental regulatory agency in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby and to furnish the Purchaser with all information concerning the Company and the Sellers necessary or deemed desirable by the Purchaser for inclusion in such statements and applications, including, without limitation, all requisite financial statements and schedules.
