Common use of Information from Holder Clause in Contracts

Information from Holder. (a) The Company may require each Holder including its Registrable Securities in any Registration Statement to furnish to the Company such information regarding the Holder and its intended plan and method of disposition of such Registrable Securities as the Company may, from time to time, reasonably request in writing. The Company may refuse to proceed with the registration of such Holder's Registrable Securities if such Holder fails to furnish such information within a reasonable time after receiving such request.
