Common use of Information from Investor Clause in Contracts

Information from Investor. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to this Section 1 with respect to the registration of Purchased Shares of any selling Investor that such Investor shall furnish to the Company such information regarding itself, the Purchased Shares held by it, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall be reasonably required to effect the registration of such Investor’s Purchased Shares.

Information from Investor. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to this Section 1 1.5 with respect to the registration Registrable Securities of Purchased Shares of any the selling Investor that such the Investor shall furnish to the Company such information regarding itself, the Purchased Shares Registrable Securities held by it, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall be reasonably required requested by the Company to effect the registration of such the Investor’s Purchased SharesRegistrable Securities.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to this Section SECTION 1 with respect to the registration Registrable Securities of Purchased Shares of any selling the Investor that such the Investor shall furnish to the Company such information regarding itself, the Purchased Shares Registrable Securities held by it, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall be reasonably required to effect the registration of the Investor such the Investor’s Purchased Shares's Registrable Securities.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to this Section 1 with respect to the registration of Purchased Note Shares or Warrant Shares of any selling Investor that such Investor shall furnish to the Company such information regarding itself, the Purchased Note Shares and Warrant Shares held by it, and the intended method of disposition of such securities Note Shares or Warrant Shares as shall be reasonably required to effect the registration of such Investor’s Purchased Note Shares or Warrant Shares.
