Common use of Information from Investor Clause in Contracts

Information from Investor. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of Investor that Investor shall furnish to the Company such information regarding itself, the Registrable Securities held by it, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall be required to effect the Registration of Investor’s Registrable Securities.

Information from Investor. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to this Agreement Article 2 with respect to the Registrable Securities of Investor that the Investor shall in a timely manner furnish to the Company such information regarding itself, the Registrable Securities held by it, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall be required to effect the Registration registration of the Investor’s Registrable Securities.

Information from Investor. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of Investor Allocation Shares or Private Placement Shares that the Investor shall furnish to the Company such information regarding itself, the Registrable Securities Allocation Shares or Private Placement Shares held by it, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall be reasonably required to effect the Registration registration of Investor’s Registrable Securitiessuch Allocation Shares or Private Placement Shares.
