Information from Lenders. Each of the Lenders hereby agrees, promptly upon request by the Agent, to provide to the Agent in writing such information regarding the Obligations held by such Lender as may be reasonably required by the Agent at any time to determine such Lender's Pro Rata Share or to calculate distributions to such Lender from the Collateral Account. Each Lender shall notify the Agent in writing promptly following the repayment in full of all Obligations owing to such Lender.
