Information from Lenders. Each of the Lenders hereby agrees, promptly upon request by the Collateral Agent, to provide to the Collateral Agent in writing such information regarding the Obligations held by such Lender as may be reasonably required by the Collateral Agent at any time to determine such Lender’s Pro Rata Share or to calculate distributions to such Lender from the Collateral Account. Each Lender shall notify the Collateral Agent in writing promptly following the repayment in full of all Obligations owing to such Lender.
