Common use of Information from Transpower Clause in Contracts

Information from Transpower. Transpower will, at the request of the Customer, provide such information to the Customer about the electrical characteristics of the grid and the Points of Connection, or any maintenance or operation of the grid or any assets physically connected to the grid, as the Customer reasonably requires for the purposes of connecting the Customer's Assets to the grid and keeping them connected.
