INFORMATION FROM WARRANT HOLDERS. Notices and requests delivered by Warrant Holders to the Company pursuant to this Article 3 shall contain such information regarding the Warrant Shares and the intended method of disposition thereof as shall reasonably be required in connection with the action to be taken.
