Information Generally Available. The Plan Administrator shall make copies of this Plan and Trust, the Adoption Agreement, the summary plan description, latest annual report, Life Insurance Policies, or other instruments under which the Plan was established or is operated available for examination by any Participant or Beneficiary in the principal office of the Plan Administrator and such other locations as may be necessary to make such information reasonably accessible to all interested parties. Subject to a reasonable charge to defray the cost of furnishing such copies, the Plan Administrator shall, upon written request of any Participant or Beneficiary, furnish a copy of any of the above documents to the respective party.
