Each Programme and Budget provided for in this Article 6 shall set out in reasonable detail the projects and work proposed to be carried out, the goods and services to be purchased, the information required under Article 2 of the Accounting Procedure and such other information as shall be decided upon by the Operating Committee. The forecasts shall to a reasonable extent set out the same information. The Programmes and Budgets shall also set forth an estimate of the expenditures required, broken down by Quarters.
