(a) All information in the Prospectus and the Offering Circular with regard to the Administrator, its business and its experience administering mortgage loans (including its arrears and repossession experience) are true and accurate in all material respects and not misleading in any material respect. (b) Any opinions, predictions and intentions expressed in the Prospectus and/or the Offering Circular on the part of the Administrator are honestly held and not misleading in any material respect. (c) Each of the Prospectus and the Offering Circular does not omit to state any material fact necessary to make such information, opinions, predictions or intentions not misleading in any material respect.
