Information is Confidential Sample Clauses
The 'Information is Confidential' clause establishes that certain information shared between parties must be kept private and not disclosed to unauthorized individuals or entities. Typically, this clause applies to sensitive business data, trade secrets, or proprietary information exchanged during a business relationship, and may specify exceptions such as information already in the public domain or required disclosures by law. Its core function is to protect the interests of the disclosing party by legally obligating the recipient to maintain confidentiality, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized use or dissemination of valuable information.
