Common use of Information is Property of the Company Clause in Contracts

Information is Property of the Company. All books, records, accounts, customer, client and other lists, customer and client street and e-mail addresses and information (whether in written form or stored in any computer medium) relating in any manner to the business, operations, or prospects of the Company, whether prepared by the Executive or otherwise coming into the Executive’s possession, shall be the exclusive property of the Company and shall be returned immediately to the Company upon the expiration of this Agreement or earlier termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company, or at the Company’s request at any time. Upon the expiration of this Agreement or earlier termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company, the Executive shall immediately deliver to the Company all lists, books, records, schedules, data and other information (including all copies thereof) of every kind relating to or connected with the Company and its activities, business and customers.
