Information Maintained by Seller Sample Clauses

The "Information Maintained by Seller" clause requires the seller to keep and provide access to certain records or information relevant to the transaction. Typically, this includes maintaining accurate documentation about the assets, operations, or financial status being sold, and making these records available to the buyer for review or due diligence. This clause ensures transparency and allows the buyer to verify key details, reducing the risk of misinformation or undisclosed issues.
