Information Network. 2.6.6.1.1. The Contractor must ensure effective linkages of clinical and management information systems among all providers in the Provider Network (e.g. acute, specialty, pharmacy, behavioral health and LTSS Providers) including clinical subcontractors, and LTS Coordinators by the effective date of this Contract, leveraging the national standards-based statewide Health Information Exchange where applicable; and 2.6.6.1.2. Maintain a communication network that facilitates coordination of care, including use by the ICT of a single electronic medical record, the Centralized Enrollee Record as described in Section 2.6.6.2 of this Contract, to manage communication and information flow regarding referrals, transitions, and care delivered outside the primary care site.

Information Network. Provision of technical advisory services for the establishment of a computerized information network through the intranet, including the establishment, the strengthening and the compatibility of the mining cadastre system, the mineral information system and the environmental management system. Part B: Geologic Infrastructure (a) Provision of technical advisory services for the supervision, coordination and evaluation of the activities, consultants and results related to the geophysical airborne survey, the geological mapping, the geo-chemical sampling, the seismological network, the documentation center, the mineral information system and industrial minerals survey. (b) Rehabilitation of buildings for the National Museum of Geology and the geophysical airborne survey. Part C: Environmental Management System (a) Carrying out of environmental baseline studies over selected mining and potential mining districts, including the development of a methodology and capacity to assess and monitor environmental and social impacts of mining. (b) Development of sector specific environmental regulations and standards, including the mitigative and rehabilitating measures for areas where mines are closed.
Information Network. 1. The Parties shall raise the level of the infrastructure for information and communication networks in Guangdong and Macao; promote the application and market penetration of information technology; and enhance cooperation in supervising telecommunications and guaranteeing emergency communications. 2. The Parties shall explore the new model for cooperation between Guangdong and Macao telecommunications businesses, encourage telecommunications enterprises of Guangdong and Macao to cooperate in developing telecommunications businesses in accordance with the laws; and recommend that Guangdong and Macao telecommunications enterprises reduce the long-distance and mobile phone roaming charges for calls between Guangdong and Macao. 3. The Parties shall negotiate on wireless signal coverage issues connected to key projects and regions; coordinate radio frequencies at the border; and reasonably utilise the frequency spectrum. 4. The Parties shall promote exchanges regarding standardisation of information technology; seek opinions on the framework for mutual recognition of certificates for electronic signatures; and initiate mutual recognition of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao electronic certificates in Hengqin. 5. The Parties shall enhance cooperation in constructing an electronic commercial platform; jointly promote the use of RFID technology; establish a shared commercial information service platform; and optimise services such as customs clearance, payment and tax collection. 6. The Parties shall encourage the open sharing of public technology service platforms such as software testing, design of integrated circuits and digital entertainment, to promote cooperation in the software and information services industries.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a D&E Customer is served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, subject to any call blocking feature used by D&E, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Services Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the Voice Information Service platform. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.3 D&E shall have the option to route Voice Information Services Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Services platform(s) connected to Verizon’s network. In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route Voice Information Services Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. 5.4 D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects charges for such calls from its own Customers. 5.5 For variable rated Voice Information Services Traffic (e.g., NXX 550, 540, 976, 970, 940, as applicable) from D&E Customers served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Services or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element, D&E shall either (a) pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges, or (b) enter into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers. 5.6 Either Party may request the other Party provide the requesting Party with non discriminatory access to the other party’s information services platform, where such platform exists. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. 5.7 In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route information services traffic originated on its network to Verizon.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement.
