INFORMATION NOT TO BE DISCLOSED. The Parties agree not to disclose to each other any sensitive, non-public, personally identifiable information (such as social security numbers, personal credit card information or health care data, etc.) which may be the subject of any data privacy regulations as well as any Personal Data of an EU Data Subject as such terms are defined under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (together, hereinafter, ÒPIIÓ). Tenable does not require the transmission or processing of any such PII in order to perform its duties under this Agreement or sell any Products hereunder. If Customer inadvertently or unintentionally discloses any PII to Tenable, Customer shall identify to Tenable that it has disclosed PII and Tenable shall promptly return and/or destroy such PII.
INFORMATION NOT TO BE DISCLOSED. You may receive or have already received a user ID and password to access an end user account or other information via the Site. By using your user ID and password to login via the Site, you may be able to access information and/or content (including without limitation information about MMOG Wiki, software and content we make accessible) being information/or content that is not made generally accessible to the public without registration. You agree that: (a) you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and all Information you receive, and you must not disclose any of that information to any person for any purpose unless permitted under the ▇▇▇▇; (b) except where required by law, or where the Information is generally available other than by a breach of the ▇▇▇▇, you may disclose the Information you receive only to a person employed by MMOG Wiki; (c) you must not allow any other person to use your end user account - and you acknowledge that: (i) we charge for access to certain Information by reference to authorized end user members; and (ii) we will suffer losses and damage where you allow any other person to access or receive any of the Information except as allowed under the above provisions in the ▇▇▇▇; (d) you must not use the Information except to determine whether or not to purchase goods or services from us, or to access training information or services we provide to you and for which has been paid to us an amount agreed (in that case, other legal provisions will apply, and these ▇▇▇▇ are not intended to reduce our rights under those provisions); (e) you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account and must immediately notify MMOG Wiki in writing of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security of which you become or ought to have become aware; and (f) except as expressly authorized by MMOG Wiki, you must not create more than one user account at the Site. It is the policy of MMOG Wiki not to refund any amount, including amounts paid in advance for Services, except where there is a legal obligation to do so which cannot lawfully be excluded.
