Common use of Information notices for the Account Holder Clause in Contracts

Information notices for the Account Holder. The information communicated to the Account Holder in application of this agreement is limited to events affecting the rights attached to the securities (for example, right to participate in a capital increase, a public offering for purchase, exchange, or withdrawal), excluding any event affecting the life of the issuing company. In particular, the regulations in force do not require SGSS to warn Account Holders in the event of class action, administration, or court- supervised winding-up affecting the issuing company.
