Common use of INFORMATION OF BUYER Clause in Contracts

INFORMATION OF BUYER. (a) Information provided by Buyer to Seller remains the property of Buyer. Seller agrees to keep confidential and otherwise protect from disclosure all information obtained by Seller from Buyer in connection with this Subcontract and identified by Buyer as confidential or proprietary including, but not limited to, information subject to a non-disclosure agreement between the Parties. Unless otherwise expressly authorized herein or by Buyer, Seller shall use such information, and any other information provided by Buyer to Seller, only in the performance of and for the purposes of this Subcontract. Seller shall maintain data protection processes and systems sufficient to adequately protect Buyer’s information and comply with any law or regulation applicable to such information.

Unless otherwise expressly authorized herein or by Buyer, Seller shall use such information, and any other information provided by Buyer to Seller, only in the performance of and for the purposes of this Subcontracta Purchase Order. Seller shall maintain data protection processes and systems sufficient to adequately protect Buyer’s information and comply with any law or regulation applicable to such information.

Seller Contractor agrees to keep confidential and otherwise protect from disclosure all information obtained by Seller Contractor from Buyer in connection with this Subcontract Contract and identified by Buyer Xxxxx as confidential or proprietary including, but not limited to, information subject to a non-disclosure agreement between the Parties. Unless otherwise expressly authorized herein or by Buyer, Seller Contractor shall use such information, and any other information provided by Buyer to SellerContractor, only in the performance of and for the purposes of this SubcontractContract. Seller Contractor shall maintain data protection processes and systems sufficient to adequately protect Buyer’s information and comply with any law or regulation applicable to such information.
