Information on Financial Instruments. The complexity of financial instruments and the markets on which they are traded require sufficient knowledge on the part of the Client of their characteristics and risks before carrying out any Transaction in the relevant Products. Before executing any Transaction on a Client’s behalf, IBIE provides the Client with an information document describing in a general manner the nature and the risks of the most common financial instruments, as set out in Appendix 2 to this Agreement.
