Information on Noteholders' meetings. For each Series, the Issuer will, at the same time as it is despatched, furnish the Dealer(s) of such Series with a copy of every notice of a meeting of the Noteholders of such Series (or any of them) which is despatched at the instigation of the Issuer and will notify the Dealer(s) of such Series immediately upon it becoming aware that a meeting of the holders of the Notes of such Series (or any of them) has been convened by the Trustee or by the Noteholders of such Series.
