Information on the Company. The Company is one of the largest iron and steel producers and marketers in the PRC and is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of iron and steel products. Magang Group is a wholly state-owned enterprise with limited liability and a controlling shareholder of the Company as defined under the Listing Rules. It is mainly engaged in mining and sorting of mineral products; construction; manufacturing of construction materials; trading; storage and property management; agriculture and forestry.
Information on the Company. In connection with Advisor's activities hereunder, the Company will furnish Advisor with all material and information regarding the business and financial condition of the Company (all such information so furnished being referred to herein as the "Information"). The Company recognizes and acknowledges that Advisor (a) will use and rely solely on the Information, and on information available from generally recognized public sources, in performing the Services contemplated by this Agreement without having independently verified the same; (b) does not assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the Information; (c) will not make an appraisal of any assets or liabilities of the Company; and (d) retains the right to continue to conduct due diligence during the term of this Agreement.
Information on the Company. The Group is a Hong Kong restaurant group serving a variety of cuisines, mainly Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese and Western cuisines targeting mid-to-high-end customer segments. Since the opening of our first restaurant, Urawa Japanese restaurant, in December 2007, we have been expanding our restaurant network in Hong Kong through our multi-brand business model. Currently, we own and operate a total of 38 full service restaurants strategically located in first tier and/or premium shopping malls or on street levels in prime areas and business districts, covering Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and Shanghai.
Information on the Company. Seller has been furnished with or has had access to such information and materials concerning the Company as have been requested by Seller. In addition, Seller may have received in writing from the Company such other information concerning its operations, financial condition, prospects and other matters as Seller has requested in writing (such other information is collectively the “Other Written Information”) and considered all factors Seller deems material in deciding on the advisability of acquiring the Shares.
Information on the Company. The Group is principally engaged in the manufacturing of tissue paper products in the PRC. The Group’s principal products include toilet paper, paper handkerchiefs, facial tissue paper and paper napkins.
Information on the Company. The Buyer has been furnished with or has had access at the XXXXX Website of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) to the Company’s 10-KSB (and any amendments thereto) for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2007 and all periodic and current reports filed with the Commission thereafter (the “Reports”). In addition, Buyer has received in writing from the Company such other information concerning its operations, financial condition and other matters as the Buyer has requested in writing (such other information is collectively, the “Other Written Information”).
Information on the Company. The Company is a joint stock limited liability company incorporated in the PRC, whose H shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Company is principally engaged in property loss insurance, liability insurance, credit insurance, accidental injury insurance, short-term health insurance, guarantee insurance and the related reinsurance business as well as investment and funds application business in the PRC.
Information on the Company. The Company is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of steel products such as medium-gauge steel plates, steel sections and wire rods. Huarong Company is principally engaged in financial leasing business approved by the China Banking Regulatory Commission. To the best of the Directors’ knowledge, information and belief, and having made all reasonable enquiry, Huarong Company and its ultimate beneficial owners are Independent Third Parties.

The Purchaser has relied solely on the SEC Reports in making its decision to acquire the Series B-1. The Purchaser is not relying on any documents or other information other than the SEC Reports in connection with its decision to enter into this Agreement.
