Information Packages and Interim Reports. As soon as available and in any event (A) not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month, (B) if a Weekly Reporting Period has commenced and is continuing, not later than 3:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a Weekly Report with respect to the Pool Receivables with data as of the close of business on the last Business Day of the immediately preceding calendar week and (C) if a Daily Reporting Period has commenced and is continuing, a Daily Report not later than 3:00 p.m. (New York City time) on each Business Day with respect to the Pool Receivables with data as of the close of business on the immediately preceding Business Day.
