Information Preservation Sample Clauses

Information Preservation. For a period of seven (7) years following the Closing, the Purchaser shall preserve and keep, or cause to be preserved and kept, all original books and records in respect of the Company in the possession of the Purchaser, or its Affiliates, provided that in accordance with the Company’s current practices, such copies may be maintained in electronic or digital form.
