Information Provided by Licensee. Licensee represents, warrants and covenants that any information provided by Licensee to SideFX concerning Licensee's identity, contact information, Authorized Users, revenue, applicable project or otherwise is, and will continuously be, true and accurate and not misleading. Licensee agrees to notify SideFX of any changes in such information.
