Information Provided by Manager. It is understood and agreed that the only information furnished by the Manager to the Company pursuant to Section 8(a) or 8(b) that is included in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package, the Prospectus or any road show or other material consists of the information set forth in the seventh paragraph under the caption “Plan of Distribution” in the Prospectus Supplement and the Prospectus.
