Information Provided by Others. The City shall provide Consultant, in a timely manner, any information reasonably necessary to perform the services contemplated by this Agreement. Consultant shall be able to rely on the accuracy of the information provided by the City and its representatives unless Consultant knows the information is inaccurate or its inaccuracy should have been apparent.
