Common use of Information Provided by Others Clause in Contracts

Information Provided by Others. The OWNER shall furnish, at the OWNER’s expense, all information, requirements, reports, data, surveys and instructions required by this AGREEMENT or any fully executed Amendment(s). The CONSULTANT may use such information, requirements, reports, data, surveys and instructions in performing its services and is entitled to rely upon the accuracy and completeness thereof.
