INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE COUNTY. Within a reasonable time from request of by the PROFESSIONAL, the COUNTY shall make available to the PROFESSIONAL all information and data that is available in the COUNTY'S possession and is relative to the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES to be provided by the PROFESSIONAL and its SUBCONSULTANT(S) pursuant to this Agreement. This information and data will include the COUNTY'S objectives and constraints, previous studies and design plans, surveys, aerial photographs, maps, environmental reports, photographs, analytical data, and any other relevant information, which is requested by the PROFESSIONAL in writing.
