Information Provided to Independent Expert. For the purpose of the Expert Determination Procedure, the Parties shall provide to the Independent Expert the following within five Business Days after the Appointment Date: (a) a copy of the Agreement, including the Schedules; (b) copies of or full access to all documents relevant to the Specified Dispute to be determined by the Independent Expert; and (c) other data and reports as may be mutually agreed by the Parties.
