The Sub-Advisor will keep the Trust and WM Advisors informed of developments materially affecting the Fund of which the Sub-Advisor becomes aware and will, on its own initiative, furnish the Trust and WM Advisors on at least a quarterly basis with whatever information the Sub-Advisor believes is appropriate for this purpose.
