Common use of Information Provided to the Trust Clause in Contracts

Information Provided to the Trust. The Advisor will keep the Trust informed of developments materially affecting the Trust, and will, on its own initiative, furnish the Trust from time to time with whatever information the Advisor believes is appropriate for this purpose.
